• Sessions will alternate between design and business focus.

• All members will have input on specific topics covered.

• 15min - Share wins from the last 2 weeks

• 20min - Main topic (design or business, chosen by group)

• 45min - Hot seats (present a challenge, get feedback)

• 10min - Choose an action to complete in next 2 weeks
